Jan. 2015 – Mountain View Home Sales Climb Selling 114% of the List Price

The questions that Buyers ask most today are “What price shall I offer in this real estate market?” and “How much above the list price do I need to offer?”

As demand continues to exceed supply, the bidding wars continue. On average, during the month of January, homes in Mountain View  Sold for 114% of the List Price.

  • Condo: The average sales price to list price ratio was 107%. Average Sold Price was $666,815.
  • Single Family Homes: The average sales price to list price ratio was 114%. Average Sold Price was $1,488,833
  • Townhouse: The average sales price to list price ratio was 114%. Average Sold Price was $1,048,750
